Refund Policy
We offer store credit on livestock that fall under the following conditions:
- Shipped using priority EXPRESS or UPS (next day)
- Arrived dead in original bag
- Died within 24 hours in a suitable habitat
In order to receive your store credit follow these steps:
- Contact us by email within 24 hours (HAW@InfinityFishLLC.com)
- Attach a photo of the lost livestock
- We will normally respond within one (1) business day
