Refund Policy

We offer store credit on livestock that fall under the following conditions:  

  • Shipped using priority EXPRESS  or UPS (next day)
  • Arrived dead in original bag
  • Died within 24 hours in a suitable habitat

In order to receive your store credit follow these steps:  

  • Contact us by email within 24 hours (
  • Attach a photo of the lost livestock
  • We will normally respond within one (1) business day
